This workshop will address legal issues faced by small and emerging businesses. Presentations and a panel discussion will cover a variety of topics, including: MBE/WBE certification; Advice regarding doing business as a subscontractor; Choice of business entity (LLC, S-Corp or Partnership);
Protection of intellectual property (patents, trademarks and trade secrets)
